Wait, what? You haven't heard? Let me clue you in... INSANITY MAX 30 is coming out on December 2nd! Pardon me while a go slightly nuts. I'll break it down for you:

I had the opportunity to do one of the workouts from Insanity Max 30 at Super Saturday, in September, and I can honestly say that I got my rear handed to me! The goal is to go hardcore for as long as you can. Whatever time you're at, when you take that first (because there will be more) break, that's your max. I maxed out at 7 minutes and that's including the 5 minute warm up. (I feel you judging me, but it's okay)
